Private Payroll & Transfers on Solana

Privacy on Solana: Meet Cloak

Private payments, confidential payroll & zero-knowledge technology

Privacy is one of the biggest challenges for bringing real businesses and everyday payments on-chain. On Solana, transactions are fast and cheap, but they're also public. Anyone can track wallet activity, payments, salaries and business relationships.

But does it have to be this way?

On November 4, we're welcoming the Brazilian team behind Cloak (@cloak_ag) to Prague for an in-person meetup with the SolanaCZE community! ☀️

Cloak is building a privacy layer for Solana, enabling private transfers, stablecoin payments and payroll while maintaining the ability to meet compliance requirements.

Their approach: Private by default. Auditable when required.

What we'll explore 🔍

• Privacy on Solana: Why financial privacy matters for individuals, businesses and institutions.
• Zero-Knowledge Technology: How Cloak uses shielded pools and ZK proofs to enable private transactions.
• Real-World Use Cases: Confidential payroll, B2B payments, private swaps and cross-border stablecoin transfers.
• Privacy vs. Compliance: How viewing keys and transaction screening can help bridge the gap.
• Building on Solana: Cloak's journey from the Colosseum Hackathon to the Colosseum Accelerator and launching on mainnet.

We'll have a live presentation and demo from the Cloak team, followed by an open discussion and plenty of time for questions, drinks and networking.

Whether you're a developer, founder, DeFi enthusiast or simply curious about privacy in Web3, come join us!
