More about our speakers:

Michael Olšavský is a Technical Domain Lead at Rohlik Group, where he leads the engineering efforts behind last-mile logistics. Coming from a strong hands-on engineering background, he has been heavily involved in driving AI adoption across engineering, experimenting with agentic software development, and helping shape the company's recent engineering organization.

Veronika Špryslová is our Data & Analytics Lead at FTMO. For most of her career, Veronika has worn most of the hats in data (analyst, engineer, architect), and spent years helping companies build their data platforms and the teams behind them, both from the inside and as an external partner. Then she joined FTMO, and with her team, she built a new data platform that stands on proven industry principles but goes all-in on the agentic way of working — both in how they develop it and how people actually use the data.

Barbora Malinovská is an AI & Digital Solutions Consultant at Applifting, a Prague/London-based software house of 200+ engineers building custom software, cloud and AI products for clients across Europe. Alongside client work, she trains companies on AI adoption, with 5,000+ professionals trained at organisations including Pfizer, Volkswagen Financial Services, Red Bull, Vodafone, and others. She holds an Oxford AI Governance credential and leads the "AI in Management" working group at the Czech Association of AI (CAUI).
