MongoDB and Akka

Hey there.

I promised another Java MeetUP on the end of April. Well, it will be a week later - but that doesn't seem like a terrible miss.

We had the survey about the topics. MongoDB was among the winners. Code review tools and Redis got the same amount of votes. Akka and Scala ended up second.

So, there will be a MongoDB presentation. I wanted to do two presentations this time and thought that the other one should be more Java-oriented. So, I chose Akka - a framework for distributed applications. Quite interesting beast. At least to me.
