React Workshop - TypeScript

Hi Folks,

Join another workshop, this time focused on TypeScript and its usage in React!

The popularity of TypeScript is growing – more and more teams are using it to develop their applications. But what is TypeScript and why should we use it? What are its pros and cons? How to write React applications with TS? How to properly type components? During our workshop we will answer these questions and give you brief introduction to the amazing TypeScript world.

Logistics:
- Doors open 17:45 - Building FIVE, Na Valentince 4, Prague 5.
At the reception ask for MSD Auditorium, 2nd floor.
- Presentation starts at 18:10 - 20:00, with a 10 minute break.

Prerequisites:
- Knowledge of React and JavaScript
- If you want to try the code on your own machine, please bring a laptop with Node.js, npm and Git installed.
